How to Maintain Yourself in RAMZAN - Ramadan!

Assalamualaikum guys,

I know we are already done with 20 roza's of Ramzan but this post I wanted to do so that if not from starting of this holy precious month but atleast in last 10 days the people who are worrying about being fit, who are thinking how to stay slim, cut on diet, about workout plans etc etc.., this post is for them.

No, actually this post is for all the people fasting who don't think being fit in ramzan is not important.. but it is very important guys. Let me state few reasons why it is important!

1. In Ramzan, we sleep for less hours compared to normal days in any month.. right? Meditation helps for this though you will give up that 2 hours from normal sleep in Ramzan but meditation helps you be cool, take out that stress and yes who doesn't know many many benefits of meditation. Just 10 mins of meditation helps very much.

Now many of you may be thinking who will get time to meditate in Ramzan but why not just 10 mins a day? If you have to be fit active, take out that stress yes you have to do this. Being fit is all about maintaining your routine no matter what.

2. Diet In Ramzan: Our diet is changed completely in ramzan, eating pakoda's bhajiya's, dahi bade, haleem, biryani and so on oily food becomes a part of our diet. Some people eat in a limited way and some people eat  daily this holy month is in itself a month of festival for us :) So yes you have control on diet, if you are eating all these things, i mean oily food then at least take lemon juice with honey, detox juice, warm water at suhur and night. Believe me this will work wonders as well in reducing bloating due to all that oily unhealthy and heavy food.

3. WorkOut: You have to workout in Ramzan too.. why? Again I say the reasons for this is above 2 points I mentioned as you have to be fit as you take unhealthy and oily diet. If you want to keep same size of your dress till the end of Ramzan! Then yes you have to workout. Probably you can hit the gym at night or after iftar!

4. All the above points I mentioned are not for just maintaining your outer body shape but all this helps in making you healthy from inside too.
